I agree from what they consider the medical stand point although I don't know how much "hypersexuality" has been studied. Sure if that's the case where it's a condition and you don't have a choice then yes you should be able to deal with it regardless of where you are since it is a part of who you are. That being said anyone can just claim to have the condition, I mean people fake having cancer for attention for crying out loud so it's something that would probably have to be looked more deeply into before setting an overall precedent.


From a personal standpoint, I'm a shy person in general so it's not like you'd ever catch me doing anything like that in such a public manner anyway regardless of whether it was deemed to be legal or not.
