Ideas for New Streaming Sites

After some murmurs of discontent at some of the changes happening with Twitch.tv, some of the Swarm mentioned the idea of moving to a new streaming site. Kyle asked me to post the site I found on the stream; I decided to expand that into a topic where others could suggest sites, too.
