you can find a plethora of fitness information on drew bayes site. he discusses low carb vs. low fat diets, calorie counting, carrying angles, managing your repetitions and beginning HIT.
mark sisson offers a lot of good low-carb alternatives to your favorite foods definitely worth your time if you're eating your diet friendly meals with a frown. you can also find posts on helping you resist craving and maintaining a good diet.
some of you may have heard of Doug McGruff co-author of the book body by science. his youtube channel is helpful for getting your positioning right. ( you can even check out the site! http://www.bodybyscience.net/home.html/?page_id=22 )

Thanks for the info, Repatriation. Also, Mark Sisson is the fella who designed some of the supplements and, I think, the diet for P90X.
